If you can login, then the screen to activate another teacher is easier to use to reset an account password.
Alternatively, enter below the email address associated with your account to receive a new account-activation-code. Don't worry, nothing else is reset and your old password and account will remain active until the new account-activation-code is used to set a new password. So if you pick the wrong account, no harm done, just ignore the generated email.
However, STEARsoft is currently unable to send emails automatically with an account-activation-code. The administrator will need to configure email sending (in the STEAR Administrator program) or check the Email server status.
